4 Putting into operation

Screw torch neck into the torch neck mount of the handle.
4.2.3 Torch neck liner

Unscrew torch neck from handle.

Introduce torch neck liner with the stripped side into the torch neck until the
stop at the contact tip.

Cut off torch neck liner free of burr such that it protrudes 30 - 31mm.

Screw torch neck into the torch mount of the handle.
For welding tasks which absolutely require a continuous wire guide, please
consult the supplier's or manufacturer's Service Department.
4.3 Connecting the cable assembly

Join central connector and central socket at the wire feed unit and secure
them with the connection nut.

Properly mount the connections for water supply/return, shielding gas and
control lead plug.
NOTE
• For PA liners of outer diameter 4.00 mm, the capillary tube in the
intermediate joining section must be replaced with a guide tube.
