
What To Do
1.
With the contact bars (3 black lines) facing up, insert the test strip into the meter until it stops.
This turns on the meter.
2.
If the meter still does not turn on, contact Customer Service.
Refer to Section 14,
Taking Care of Your Meter,
on how to properly install batteries.
Change batteries. Reset date and time, if needed.
Unplug the meter from the computer.
Try a new test strip.
Contact Customer Service.
