VP - 7.2 Mixing Paddle Overcurrent Alarm Adjustment

Purpose: Perform this procedure to adjust Mixing Paddle Overcurrent Alarm.

NOTE:[EUROPE] Perform this adjustment on CE MARK and NON-CE MARK loaders

[REST OF WORLD] Perform this adjustment on NON-CE MARK Loaders only.

1. Perform Check procedure

3. Adjust Overcurrent Alarm as follows:

a. [CE MARK] Europe Only Ensure TP 15 is cut (

b. Adjust Potentiometer fully counter clockwise (

[CE MARK] Europe Only - R64

[NON-CE MARK] - VR10

c. While pressing “R” key, adjust Potentiometer clockwise until Loader just begins to beep.

d. If F Loader, disconnect Resistor Tool and reconnect Motor. Procedure is complete. If E Loader

Go to Step e.
