Exporting SCD files
Procedure to export the SCD file from PCM600:
1. Select the station in the plant structure, see

2. Right-click the station and select
Export ....
3. Select a location from the open standard Windows menu to store the file and
name it.
4. The
SCL Export Options
window opens, see

5. Select
Export Private Sections
and click
Export
to export the private sections
to the SCD file. A progress window shows the ongoing export of the station.
7.3.2
Exporting ICD or CID files
Procedure to select the export type, when the IED is selected in the plant structure:
1. Right-click the IED in the plant structure and select
Export
to open the
Export
window.
2. Select the type of file to export from the
Save as type
drop down list.
