Add to blacklist
On the "Intercom" – "Favorite contacts" screen, click
to access the corresponding screen.
Select "Blocked" from the drop list to add the contact to blacklist.
It is possible to add a contact to the blacklist directly on the "History" screen.
On the "History" screen, click
to add the caller ID to blacklist directly. Only the caller ID on
the favorite list can be added to the blacklist.
