Remove the two remaining screws holding the
motor. (One screw is placed on the opposite side
of the motor.)
CAUTION
Whenever parting/mating motor pinion and hub,
the splines may be damaged if excessive force is
used.

24 VDC power supply
To release the brakes, connect the 24 VDC power
supply.

Connect to R2.MP1-connector:
•
+ = pin 2
•
- = pin 5
If the motor is stuck, use Removal
tool motor M12: 3HAC14631-1
Lower the revolving handle.

Rotate the shelf to remove the motor.
CAUTION
The weight of the motor is 27 kg
All lifting accessories used must be sized accord-
ingly.

Disconnect the 24 VDC power supply.

Lifting eye, M12, 3HAC16131-1
Fasten lifting eyes in two of the fastening holes
on the motor.

Use a roundsling to lift the motor off.

Make sure that all supplies for electrical power,
hydraulic pressure, and air pressure are turned
off.

Remove any old paint residues or other contam-
ination from the contact surfaces on both the
motor and the mating parts.

Wipe clean the contact surfaces and the o-ring
groove.
