Charge session
4.4.1
Charge an EV
1. Park the EV in the parking space. Make sure that the contact dome is above the
EV within the required space. Refer to section
2. Start the charge session. Refer to section

4.4.2
Start a charge session
1. Follow the EV's instructions to start the charge session with the pantograph on
the top.
2. If there is no other EV connected to the system:
a. The EVSE automatically starts the charge session after the preparation
phase.
b. The EVSE shows the progress on the beacon.
3. If there is another EV already connected to the system:
a. The beacon is green and flashes until the other charge sessions are
complete.
b. The EVSE automatically starts the charge session after the preparation
phase.
c. The EVSE shows the progress on the beacon.
4.4.3
Stop a charge session
1. Push the stop button or obey the instructions of the EV.
Note: The charge session stops automatically when the battery is full
or the bulk charge is completed. Refer to section
.
2. The pantograph disconnects from the contact dome and the beacon indicates
green.
3. If there are other EVs connected to the EVSE, the charging switches to the next
EV in the queue.
