Directive 2006/95/EC (of 12 December 2006).
The motors are in conformity with provisions of the harmonized standard EN 60 034-1(2010) which thus
comply with Principal Elements of the Safety Objectives for Electrical Equipment stated in Annex I of said
directive.
When the motor is fitted into a machinery the conformity of the end product with the Directive
2006/42/EC has to be established by the commissioning party.
Note: When installing motors for converter supply applications, additional requirements must be
respected regarding the motor as well as the installation, as described in installation manual delivered
with converters.
