Plumbing Diagram
The internal flow of gas through the analyzer is shown in Figure 7.

The gas enters the sample inlet (IN) and is initially filtered through a 5
µ
m screen
filter. It then enters the optional pressure controller, which regulates the pressure
to maintain a specific set point. Before the gas travels through the optical cell to
the pump, it passes through an additional filter that is greater than 95% efficient
at removing particles that are 0.01
µ
m diameter or larger. Finally, the gas passes
through a second 5
µ
m screen filter before the pump as it exits through the waste
(OUT) port.
