The allocation of cable pairs is described for each connector in the
following tables.
TTL encoder input (X31)
The cable should have minimum 4 cable pairs. A fifth cable pair
shared between Vcc an 0V pins allows for a longer cable.
* Two wires soldered to the same pin.
