4. Using the
-inch Allen wrench, adjust the top adjustment screw
(Fig.
) appropriately until the measurement matches the value
shown in Figure
. Figure
also shows the way the measurement
is taken.
5. Apply the minimum input span to the positioner (4 mA for Type
AV3 positioner or a voltage pulse to the
lower
terminal for Type AV4
positioner).
6. Use the long (at least 5 inch)
-inch Allen wrench to adjust the
lower stroke adjustment screw (Fig.
). Adjust the screw until the
measurement matches the value shown in Figure
