EXT2 active. The control signal sources are defined by
parameters 1002 EXT2 COMMANDS and 1106 REF2
SELECT.

Fieldbus interface as the source for EXT1/EXT2
selection, that is Control word 0301 FB CMD WORD 1
bit 5 (with ABB drives profile 5319 EFB PAR 19 bit 11).
The fieldbus controller sends the control word to
inverter through fieldbus adapter or embedded
