cover wear or maintenance parts. Specifically, the warranty does not cover hydraulic fluid. 

Warranty does not extend to log splitters damaged or affected by accidents, neglect, misuse, contaminated fuel, 
unauthorized alterations, use in applications beyond product design and any other modification or abuse.
