Installing the Reader
•
Separate the back of the housing case with holes and use it as a template
•
Drill 2 holes in the wall for the screws and one for the cable
•
Insert the attached wall plugs into the holes
•
Screw the back part of the housing case to the wall with the attached
screws
•
Move the reader cables through the hole and connect connector
•
Mount the reader on the base and secure from the bottom with a special
screw
QR codes can be generated and send to user directly from NMS AC version 4.0
and higher. Another way is to use any QR code generator. The QR code must
contain only digits and cannot be longer than 10 digits.
Note!
To increase the security of the access control system, the KDH-C150MQR
card reader should be installed on a guest-only passage. Other users of the
system should not have permission to use this passage. This will avoid an attack
involving the generation of a QR code with the employee card number by
unauthorized persons.
