Reject a call during the ringing phase
You do not want to answer a call.
You can reject a call already during the ringing phase

Send text messages
You want to send a written message to an internal subscriber.
You can send a text message to an internal subscriber. The text message will appear on the per-
son's display.
Requirement: The internal subscriber must have a phone capable of receiving messages.
You can use one of the text messages stored in the system directly, modify it or create a new
message.
Reject
Foxmenu > Press
Reject
Foxkey or End key.

The connection is rejected and the caller obtains the busy tone.

Press Foxmenu, then the Foxkey.
Text message
Scroll to
Text message
and press the Foxkey.

and press the Foxkey.

Select one of the text messages stored in the system and press the Foxkey.

Adapt or expand the text and press the Foxkey.
<Destination>
Select the destination and press the Foxkey.
<Phone number>
For subscriber and group: Enter the call number and press the Foxkey .
