STEP 1
Place the chair seat on the base and lift the front of the seat up a little bit. (See photo 1.) Insert 2 bolts
through the swivel and push them down through the predrilled holes in the base. (See photo 2.) Now you
will need to spin the seat around a half turn to repeat the procedure in the back (the swivel bracket is
angled and has a wider opening on one side. Therefore, you need to spin the seat partway around for the
last 2 bolts).
STEP 2
You should now have 4 bolts sticking down through the bottom of the base. (See photo 3.) Attach the
flange nuts and tighten with
7/16”
wrench. (See photo 4.)

STEP 3
Attach the arms as shown. (See photos 5, 6, & 7.) Tighten the bolts with the Allen wrench. (Do not fully
tighten either one until both are started into the threads.)
