Insert new batteries
The batteries are
inserted in the wrong
direction.
Ensure the batteries are placed in
the correct direction.
The batteries are low or
dead.
Repalce all four batteries.
The data is
not being
transmitted
The receiving device is
too far away from the
device
Ensure the receiving device is within
5 m (16 ft.) of the scale. Then, try to
connect again.
The application on the
receiving device is not
ready.
Check the status of the application
to ensure it is the correct mode to
accept data. Then, try to connect
again. If “Err” shows on the scale
display, please contact your local
distributor or A&D Medical.
Taking a Measurement
Taking Measurement Offline - Stored Data
Measurements that are not taken with the app open will be saved to the scale memory.
The memory will be transferred to the app during the next in app connection.
