Key operation
Key operations affect how the balance functions. Normal
key operation during measurement is “Press and release
the key immediately” or “Press the key”. Please do not
“Press and hold the key (for 2 seconds)” unless required.

When pressed and released
When pressed and held (for 2 seconds)
Turns the display on and off.
When the display is turned off, only the
standby indicator is displayed.
When the display is turned on, weighing is
possible.
With the password function, "Enter password
at the start of weighing" will be displayed
when the display is turned on. For details,
refer to the separate instruction manual
listed in “1.1. Detailed Manuals".
The ON:OFF key is active at any time,
and pressing this key during operation
always turns off the display.
Switches the IR sensor on and off.
In weighing mode, press the button to turn
the digit for readability on and off.
In counting or percent mode, press the
button to enter the sample storing mode.
Enters the function table mode. Please
refer to the separate instruction manual
listed in “1.1. Detailed Manuals".
Runs the repeatability check function when
pressed and held for another 2 seconds
after the function table menu is displayed.
For details, refer to the separate instruction
manual listed in “1.1. Detailed Manuals".
Switches the weighing units stored in the
function table.
Enters "Changing Weighing Speed" mode.
Performs sensitivity adjustment of the
balance using the internal mass.
Displays other items of the sensitivity
adjustment menu.
Stores or outputs the weighing value when
stable according to the function table
settings.
(Data is output at factory setting.)
Enters mode to change the unit mass
registration number in counting mode.
The following settings are possible with the
function table:
Outputs "Title block" and "End block" for
GLP/GMP report.
Displays the data memory menu.
Performs tare operation.

Sets the displayed value to zero.

IR sensor (touchless sensor).
It reacts when you bring your hand close to
it.
Opening and closing of the breeze break
door are assigned.
