Serial Port 3 use IRQ

If you don't disable serial Port 3, you must select corresponding
interrupt for it.

The choices: IRQ3, IRQ4, IRQ10, IRQ11

Onboard Serial Port 4

Select a matching address for the forth serial port or disable it.

The choices:

3F8, 2F8, 3E8, 2E8, Diabled

Serial Port 4 use IRQ
