14. Serial port connectors (10-1 pin COM1, COM3~COM6)
These connectors are for serial (COM) ports. Connect the serial port module
cable to this connector, then install the module to a slot opening at the back
of the system chassis.
NOTE:
• The COM module is purchased separately.
• COM1 also supports RS-232 / RS-422 / RS-485. See the table below and
section
3.3.2 Super IO Configuration
for details.
