NSTALLATION INSTRUCTION
1. Connect the Main Support with Side Support. Note: Install all 8 Bolts M8*15 before tightening the nuts. ( See Step 1 )
2. Secure the support plate with bolts, Make sure both Main Supports are parallel to each other; Note: Both Support Plates
are installed on the corners connecting the main support with side support.
Support plates are installed across each other in
opposite corner.
( See Step 2 )
3. Connect the Holder with Main Support & Side Support. Set two Bolts M8*15 through the holes on both sides, then tighten
the bolts.( See Step 3 )
4. 1) Set position: position the installed assembly onto your truck bed.
2) Measure the length: measure from the side of the mounting plate to any side of the bed-wall. Cut the lumber down to the
right size. ( See Step 4 )
5. 1) Insert the Adjustment Plate & the lumber to each holder. (tips. put paper board/rubber to the end of each lumber to
increase the friction between the lumber and bed-liner)
2) Tighten to secure: Tighten the M10*45 bolt to secure the assembly. ( See Step 5 )
* Regular check on each holder is recommended every time when this rack is loaded.
