6. Resetting the RackEye
ª
Red Flash
A red flashing
sequence from the
RackEye™ alerts
to potential damage
to the upright.
The upright that
this RackEye™ is
monitoring should
be inspected as
soon as possible.
Amber
Red Flash
An amber and red
flashing sequence
from the device
notifies that the
device has been
moved out of
alignment or moved
without authority.
Amber
Flash
An amber flashing
sequence from the
RackEye™ notifies
that the batteries
are low with around
2 weeks of normal
operation left.
The RackEye™
will continue to
monitor for potential
damage during this
period.
Green
Flash
A green flash every
30 seconds from
the RackEye™
shows that the
device is working
normally and
monitoring 24/7 for
potential damage to
the racking upright
it is on.

Damage requiring surveillance.
Amber Risk -
Hazardous damage requiring action as
soon as possible. Off load within 4 weeks.
Red Risk -
Very serious damage requiring
immediate action. Immediate off load.
For damage to frames in which
the damage limits 3mm, 5mm and
10mm are not exceeded.
For damage to frames in which
the damage limits 3mm, 5mm and
10mm are exceeded by up to a
factor of two i.e. up to 6mm, 10mm
and 20mm.
For damage to frames in which
the damage limits 3mm, 5mm and
10mm are exceeded by a factor
greater than of two i.e. greater than
6mm, 10mm and 20mm.
An inspection
report is
created
summarising
all info
entered.
