Installing the Smart Dampers

Install the smart dampers and run the harness to the location directly above 
the WRM it will be associated with.

Run the power supply and the damper harness down the wall and through the 
Hole in the wall. 

System Set Up

At each WRM location,  pull the power supply and damper harness through 
the sub base and  install it in the hole previously cut into the dry wall. Screw in 
the WRM to the sub base and snap on the faceplate.

When everything is wired, turn on the power supply.

Register the CCU and configure initial settings as described in the 

75F CCU Installation Guide

. Be sure to test 

each function of the RTU to be sure the harness wires are installed correctly.

At this point, all WRMs should be reading “Up Dn” on the screen. 

13.

 

Press the Up and Down button at the same time to begin the damper speed calibration sequence. The WRM 
will count down from 300 seconds and then read “AC” when completed.  

14.

 

Press the Up and Down button again and the screen will show “AA” 

on one WRM at a time

, then pair it with the CCU.  

15.

 

Repeat until all WRMs are paired. 

Portal Set Up

Customize the online Facility Manager Portal:

Upload a PNG or JPG of the floorplan to the online portal. Associate each WRM with its location on the floorplan

Customize the zone and system schedules

Using the online Installer Portal, customize the portal with:
