wheel step. Designed to fit most 4WD & SUV tyre sizes, the step also folds flat for easy storage 

while travelling..

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

How to adjust your wheel step to suit your tyre. 

UNFOLD THE WHEEL STEP. 

1. Check the width of the tyre, then adjust the tyre steps width to the most suitable and secure 

position. Suitable for tyres with a width of 195 – 275mm.

The product has 5 width adjustments.

              

1A. 

Insert the supplied bolt into position and secure with the R-Clip on both sides of the wheel 

step to secure the position.

2. Hook the step over your wheel and ensure it is secure

 Adjust the height setting to the height of choice. This can be done with ease while the tyre step 

is mounted on the tyre. The product has 4 height adjustments.

Insert the supplied bolt into position and secure with the R-Clip on both sides of the wheel 

step.

Use the adjustable rubber bumpers to protect your wheels and ensure the step is sturdy and 

level.

NOTE In order to prevent the screws from loosening when in use, the screws must 

be screwed inside as far as possible, preferably parallel to the other hole of the 

square tube.

The Wheel step is now ready to use.

DO NOT FORGET TO REMOVE THE QUICK STEP FROM THE 

VEHICLE’S WHEEL IMMEDIATELY AFTER USE

WARNINGS AND SAFEGUARDS

•  The Product is designed to be used by 1 person only standing on the platform. 

•  Never exceed the Rated load capacity of 150kgs. 

•  Do not jump on the platform when the step is in use. 

•  Cracked steps and uprights or loose or missing parts can result in total collapse of the Tyre    

 Step.

•  DO NOT attempt to reposition the Tyre Step while standing on it.

•  When ascending or descending, always face the Tyre Step.

•  DO NOT over reach. If you need to stretch or go up on your tip-toes while on the Tyre Step,   

  either reposition the Adjustable Tyre Step or use a ladder.

•  Make sure the vehicle transmission is in park or neutral and the emergency brake is on before  

  using the Tyre Step. 

CARE AND MAINTENANCE

Wipe over with a mild detergent and damp cloth.

Consult your local council waste authority for information regarding disposal options.
