CLEANING YOUR SPOUT COVER
THE ERR CODE
This product is equipped with a sensor that measures
water temperature. If the sensor malfunctions, the code
Err will be displayed on the LCD. Discontinue use and
contact 4moms
®
Customer Support.
Your Spout Cover
™
is made of plastic that is easily cleaned using
a soft cloth and mild soap and water. Avoid harsh abrasives.
PROBLEM SOLUTION
LCD screen does
not turn on.
Batteries may need to be replaced.
Replace with three new AAA
batteries as described in Battery
Installation section of this booklet.
LCD screen does
not show a
temperature
reading.
There is an Err
message on the
LCD screen.
Spout Cover does
not properly affix
to bath spout.
Ensure that the water is constantly
flowing over the temperature sen-
sor and adjust spout cover position
if necessary. Batteries may also
need to be replaced.
The sensor has malfunctioned.

Though the Spout Cover

fits most
faucets, some styles of faucet may
be incompatible. If product does not
properly affix to your spout, discontin-
ue use and return product to place
of purchase.
