2.2 Safety instructions for the user / operator

Before  starting  work,  familiarise  yourself  with  all  the  equipment  and  actuating

elements, and their functions.

Start up the slat scraper only if all safety devices (especially the drive protection) are

fitted and in the safeguard position!

When operating the slat scraper, wear close-fitting clothing and solid footwear.

Secure the machine to prevent it from rolling away, and safeguard it against

unauthorised use.

Keep electrical connections clean! Replace broken or abraded cables, etc.!

Always adapt the drive speed to the environmental conditions and to the machine's

operating state (if modification is possible).

If working on a slope, extreme rise, or incline, always take the risk of tipping into

account. When working on a steep incline, there is also a risk of the machine rolling
away. (Drive or park the machine transverse to the slope!)

Loitering around the work area is prohibited!

Do not carry passengers on the machine!
