Plug in the output jack of the adapter into the power cord jack of 

the foot massager on the side of the unit, and then plug in the 

adapter into an AC power socket. The buzzer will make a beep 

sound and the LED power indicator will start flashing. The foot 

massager is now ready for operation.

If you are using the air bag massager for calf and waist, please 

plug the input jack of the air bag massager into the output socket 

of the foot massager. Then wrap the air bag massager on both 

left and right calves, or waist. (As shown in Figure 3)

Operating instructions

1. Turn on the massager by pressing the power button. 

    The "P" button will start the massager in the factory 

    default mode (kneading/heating functions are active 

    and air massage intensity is at the lowest level). 

   Each time you press a button the buzzer will beep once.

2. In “P” mode: press the air pressure button to choose the next 

   level of pressure intensity (if the button color is green, 

   it means first level, if it is yellow, it means second level, 

   and if it is red, it means third level.) At the same time by pushing 

   the air pressure button, the buzzer gives as many beeps 

3. In manual working mode, press the air pressure button to choose 

    the next level of pressure intensity (if the button color is green, 

    it means first level, if it is yellow, it means second level, and if it is 

    red, it means third level.) Press kneading massage button to 

    turn the kneading function on and off.

4. Press “heating” button to turn on/off heating function.

5. The massager's auto turn off feature will automatically shut down 

    the massager after fifteen minutes have passed.

To keep the massager in optimal condition, please follow the correct 
usage and pay attention to the following points:
1.Please do not massage area's of the foot where there is trauma or 
   ulceration.
2.To prevent damage of the massager unit do not apply excessive 
   force to the top of the unit.
3.People unaccustomed to the massager should avoid prolonged 
   periods of use until they are more familiar with it.
4.Duration of a single use should not exceed 30 minutes.
5.During operation, if any abnormal event occurs, such as overheating 
   or strange odors being released, please stop using the unit immediately 
   and turn off the massager.
6.After each use, please switch off the power by pressing “Power” 
   button on the control panel first, and then disconnecting the power plug 
   from AC outlet. To prevent damage disconnect the massager by pulling 
   on the plug and not the power cord.
7.Please always unplug the adapter from the AC power jacket before 
   cleaning the product.
8.Please use wet and soft cotton sheet and neutral detergent to clean 
  the massager.
9.Please don't drag or pull the power cord of the massager.
10.Please don't use the massager in water or in a humid environment. 
   If the massager falls in water accidentally, please unplug the power 
   plug from the socket immediately, before taking it out from the water.
11.To prevent overheating please don't cover the product with a 
   pillow or blanket, when you are using it.
12.Please do not use anything to cover the massager, when using it, 
   because it can cause malfunction or damage.
13.Please don't use the massager near stoves or any other heat sources.
14.Only use original accessories or parts from the manufacturer of 
   this massager.
15.Avoid detaching or dismantling of the massager for self repair.
    Doing so can be dangerous and will void the guarantee and warranty 
   for the after sales service.
16.For your personal safety and the proper operation of this massager, 
   please do not open the zipper. We will be not responsible for any 
   consequences caused by such interaction.
17.If you are receiving medical treatment or you are having any of the 
   following diagnoses below, please consult your physician and use the 
   appliance in accordance with your doctor's orders.
