objects. Do not place any object on top of
the dispenser.

As soon as water is discharged, the tank is
refilled with supply water. If noise occurs
during this operation, it is normal.
Foreign materials
in water

The filter needs to be replaced.

The tank needs to be cleaned.

replace the filter or clean the tank.

Poor connections
Close the water supply valve, unplug the
equipment, and contact 3M certified
professionals.

Remove the source of humidity or contact 3M
certified professionals to relocate the
dispenser.
Unable to stop
water from
dispensing.
Auto Dispense is switched on.
Stop Auto Dispense by pressing the cold
water level again while water is being
dispensed.
The buttons on
the touch screen
panel do not
respond or work.
The touch screen panel is locked.
Unlock the touch screen panel by tapping and
holding the Auto Dispense button for 3
seconds.
