Suspension Installation
Hold safety cap with inside facing up and the front pointed away. Place the suspension in the cap with sweat-band forward.
Insert suspension tab into the shell pocket. With the thumbs on top of the tab and on both sides of the ribbon, press firmly until
the tab snaps fully into place. Repeat procedure for each tab.
Adjustment for Head Size
Insert the numbered end of the nape strap through the guide tabs of the adjustment end, engaging each set. Proper fit is
achieved by aligning desired size with the raised marks on the center guide tabs. To disengage the locking teeth for larger
headsize adjustment, squeeze the area marked “PRESS” while pulling the numbered end. Release at desired size.
Ratchet Suspension Adjustment
Turn the ratchet knob counter-clockwise to adjust to the open position. Place the helmet on head as you would wear
it. Tighten the ratchet knob by turning clockwise until the helmet is secure and comfortable. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN.
Note:
When assembled per the
User Instructions
, the hardhat shell meets the requirements of a Type I, Class C, E and G hardhat
per ANSI Z89.1-2003.
Cleaning Instructions
A. Remove suspension.
B. Clean only with mild soap and warm water.
C. Rinse and wipe dry.

Montage de la coiffe
Tenir le casque de protection de sorte que l’intérieur soit vers le haut et l’avant opposé à soi. Placer la coiffe dans le casque en
disposant le bandeau antisudation vers l’avant. Insérer la bande de fixation de la coiffe dans les fentes de la coquille du casque.
En plaçant les pouces sur le dessus de la bande et des deux côtés du ruban, appuyer fermement jusqu’à ce qu’elle s’enclenche
complètement. Répéter pour chaque bande.
Réglage du tour de tête
Insérer l’extrémité numérotée de la courroie de nuque dans les languettes de guidage situées à l’extrémité de la courroie. Régler
en alignant la grandeur désirée avec la marque en relief située au centre des languettes de guidage. Pour les tours de tête plus
grands, désengager le cran de sécurité en appuyant sur l’endroit portant la mention « PRESS » tout en tirant sur l’extrémité
numérotée de la courroie. Régler à la grandeur désirée.

to the shell's ability to withstand impact and penetration. Use of these solvents for cleaning can
result in serious injury or death.
