release the wedge. Adjust the stem position as desired, 

align stem with tire, and retighten the binder bolt tight 

enough so that you cannot twist the stem and handlebars 

out of alignment. Under no circumstances should the stem 

be retighten-ended with its “Minimum Insertion” or 

“Maximum Extension” mark visible. If you are uncertain 

about the stem mark consult your dealer
