6.4 Maintenance
This section describes the most common maintenance solutions that can be performed by the user of
the product. For maintenance solutions not described in this manual, contact the service personnel.
6.4.1 Removing the protective covers
The protective covers of the Pannoramic® SCAN II must be opened in order to perform any
maintenance work, and also to eliminate errors, for example slide or magazine jamming.
Before removing the covers, exit the control software, switch off the 24 V power supply and
disconnect the power cables.
Warning!
Avoid leaning over the device when opening it.
