New graphics from v1.2.0.16 - 3/31/1999
This page operates much in the same way as Microsoft Explorer does with expanding /
collapsing branches and scroll bars. The data is pretty straightforward.
TV-Out Page (if supported)
This page is used to control the TV-out function of the video card. The checkboxes are
fairly straight forward. The following information describes each section of this page:
General Settings group
– The ‘Signal Type’
selection box allows the user to select the desired TV
output format such as NTSC or PAL. The first
checkbox allows the user to switch between TV and
VGA Monitor output. As soon as the user selects a
mode, the picture to the right should change to
indicate that he's/she's about to go into TV or Monitor
mode as soon as he/she presses the APPLY button
located at the bottom of the page. The two images
shown here show the different pictures that will be
displayed. The other checkbox allows the user to turn
off the output to the VGA monitor while using the TV
output option.
Centering group
– The controls in this group allow
the user to adjust the position of the image on the
TV. This mode is disabled until the TV is activated.
The arrow keys move the image in the indicated
direction.
Settings box
- This box allows the users to modify the following TV output options: Screen Fit,
Flicker Filter, Color, and Brightness.
