NOTE: Before every use, verify the umbilical plug and connector are clean before connecting.
Caution: Never disconnect the station from the cart while it is stirring or pumping. First, cancel the operation
in the User Screen or turn off the power switch before disconnecting from cart.
Once powered up, the system will go through the
“System Check” that includes a 24 volt power supply
check, controller hardware check and cart connection
check.
• If cart is connected and all cart’s sensors are
within the expected range “Cart is detected” will
appear on the display screen.
• If cart is connected, but if any of the sensors are
out of range or not connected, an Error will occur
and will halt the system. The error message will
display the cause of the halt on the screen.
• If cart is not connected, an Error message will
display “No Cart detected.” This system state will
not halt the system.
System Check
After the System Check, the “Main Menu Screen” will
display along with the “System settings” options and
status of the cart. RUN (6000 Cart)” or “RUN (7000
Cart)” will be displayed to indicate if it is in 6000 Cart or
7000 Cart mode.

System Settings

This could be adjusted in 10 percent incre-
ments. Setting it for example to 10 percent
will run mixing motor for 1 minutes every 10
minutes.
Setting will be saved to memory after LAST settings is
confirmed. Selecting “Cancel” at anytime will quit setup
routine. The main screen will display and restore settings
that have automatically been saved BEFORE beginning
“System Settings” cycle.
