The CoreBuilder 3500 does not provide RMON support for Gigabit
Ethernet ports.
You can gain access to the RMON capabilities of the system through
SNMP applications such as Transcend Network Control Services software,
not through the serial interface or Telnet. For more information about the
details of managing 3Com devices using RMON and Transcend tools, see
the user documentation for the 3Com Transcend Network Control
Services for Windows suite of applications.
