The ring volume has
been set too low.
The call diverting
option has been set.
Solution
Reset the ring type
in
Profiles
to
Normal
or
Loud
.
Increase the volume
in Profiles.
Cancel call diverting
in Settings.
The incoming call doesn’t ring
Possible reason
Call status has been set
to mute.
The microphone is too far
from the sound source.
Solution
Turn off the mute
function on the call menu.
Put the phone’s
microphone closer
to your mouth.
The person you are calling cannot hear your voice
Possible reason
Low battery power.
Solution
Charge the battery.
The phone is switched off automatically
Possible reason
The call volume has been
set too low.
Solution
Increase the call volume.
The call volume is too low
