charging
1. The device is not properly
connected to the charger (charging
indicator is off)
Make sure the product is properly
connected to the charger. Check for
poor contact in the connections.
2. The contact is good, but the
charging indicator is not on
The charger might be broken,
please contact after-sales service
3. The charging indicator is on,
device is still not charging
The device might be broken, please
contact device after-sales service
Charger does not output
power
1. The equipment is not properly
connected to the charger
Make sure the equipment is properly
connected to the charger. Check for
poor contact in the connections.
2. The output port switch is not
turned on
Turn on the output port switch
3. Low output power
Charge the charger
4. Still no output power after
eliminating 1.2.3 points
The charger might be broken,
please contact after-sales service
Charger interrupts power
output
1. The rated power or instantaneous
starting power of the equipment
used is greater than the power of
the product.
Select higher power energy storage
products
