Make sure you are using the correct IP address.

• The default LAN IP address is 192.168.1.12 and WAN IP address is

172.16.1.1.

• If you changed the IP address (

Section 5.2 on page 114

), use the new IP

address.

• If you changed the IP address and have forgotten it, see the troubleshooting

suggestions for

Check the hardware connections, and make sure the LEDs are behaving as
expected. See the Quick Start Guide and

Section 1.4 on page 32

.

Make sure your computer is in the same subnet as the X2002’s LAN or WAN. (If
you know that there are routers between your computer and the X2002, skip this
step.)

Make sure you access the X2002 web configurator via HTTPS (https://the X2002’s
IP address), not HTTP.

Make sure your computer is with an IP address which is in the white list of the
X2002’s WWW access.

Make sure your Internet browser does not block pop-up windows and has
JavaScripts and Java enabled. See

Section 4.1 on page 101
