This chapter describes the Voice over IP management commands.

commands. The P column on the right indicates the administrator
privilege level needed to use the command.

Set the country code for VoIP services. See the

lc lo < slot >

show countrycode
commands to see details of currently-configured
country-specific attributes, such as impedance,
codec type and ring parameters.

Display the currently configured country code. 1
h248 interface bhca <id> <peak>
<average>
Sets the maximum number of call attempts
allowed per second (peak, 0~50) and per hour
(average, 0~60000). 8
group <id>

Sets the slot numbers of the interface’s active and
backup signaling cards. 8
ip <id> < ip-
address >[/<mask>]
<vid>
Sets the H.248 interface’s IP address, subnet
mask, and VLAN ID. The active signaling card
uses this IP address to communicate with the
MGC. 8
mg disable <id>
Has the signaling card stop MG operation and de-
register from the MGC. 8
mg enable <id>
Has the signaling card start MG operation and
attempt to register with the MGC. 8
mg set <id> <mg-
name> <h248-
profile> [<mg-
port>]
Sets the MG name, H.248 profile it uses, and port
number the H.248 interface uses. 8
show [<id>]
Displays H.248 interface settings. 1
slave <id>
<member> < ip-
address > [<step>]
Sets an H.248 interface’s media cards. Use this
only for a signaling card.
