Type a device name for identification purposes. If you do not configure this field, the default label is
“New Object”.

Type

This field shows what type of device it is, for example a hub, workstation, router etc. This field

Type the IP address of the AAM1008.

Icon

You may change the default icon by clicking

and then choosing a different icon.

Group

This is the group number associated with this type of device.

Descr

Type a description of your device in this (optional) field.
