The packet is a RELEASE or DECLI NE packet , and t he sour ce MAC addr ess and

sour ce por t do not m at ch any of t he cur r ent bindings.

•

The rat e at w hich DHCP packet s ar r ive is t oo high.

Specify  t he m ax im um  num ber  for DHCP packet s ( 1- 2048)  t hat  t he Sw it ch r eceives
fr om  each por t  each second. The Sw it ch discar ds any  addit ional DHCP packet s.
Ent er 0 t o disable t his lim it , w hich is r ecom m ended for  t r ust ed por t s.
