Operating Manual – Mountain bike with electric motor up to 250 W

Brake force fine adjustment 

 

 

 

On each of the brake handles there is an adjustment screw with which the tension of the brake cable 
can be finely adjusted. Turn this adjustment screw in anticlockwise direction to increase the tension 
and in clockwise direction to decrease the tension. There is a locking nut on the adjusting screw that 
prevents the setting from changing by itself. 

 

Gear shift 

Your bike is equipped with derailleur gears. The following terms are used in the following texts: 
Changing down means changing to a lower gear where it is easier to pedal. Changing up means 
changing to a higher gear where it is harder to pedal. 

Your derailleur has the following components:
