To Set Up And Access Your Voicemail

Press the
Message
button, and use the dialpad to enter the VMail PIN listed above.
Follow the instructions to record your name, greeting and to change
your default password. If you have already set up your voicemail, press
the
Message
button and enter your chosen PIN.
To Remotely Access Your Voicemail
|
If your administrator
has given you a voicemail access number, dial that number, enter your
extension, and then enter your voicemail PIN. If you don’t have an
access number or don’t remember it, simply dial your direct phone
number and press
#
when you hear your greeting. Then enter your
extension and voicemail PIN.
To Answer Your Phone
|
Lift the handset , press the
Speaker
button, or press the
Headset
button. Press the
respective button again to hang up.
To Answer While On A Call
|
Press the
Answer
soft key. The
current call you are on will be placed on hold automatically and you
will be connected to the incoming call. You may also press the
Line
key of the ringing call.
