Chapter 3 Services
The VDSL2 module features are as follows:

The VSNKC and VSNV cards are 48-port
2 subscriber
cards that support VDSL2 service over POTS. They provide
high-speed VDSL access service to subscribers by working
with the remote
through a twisted-pair cable.
�
The VINK card is the VDSL2 over ISDN service card. It pro-
vide a 48–port VDSL2 interface. It connects to the remote
VTU-R through the twisted-pair cable.
It provide the high-
speed VDSL2 over ISDN service.
�
The splitter cards (VNKN/INVKA/VNVNA) separate POTS sig-
nals from VDSL2 signals. They connect VDSL2 signals to the
VDSL2 service card.
SHDSL Access
Module
The
access module consists of the STNG card, SSNG card,
SHNG card, and relevant software.
The SHDSL access module features are as follows:

The STNG card is a 32-port SHDSL subscriber card. It pro-
vides high-speed dedicated line access service to subscribers
by working with the remote
through twisted-pair cable.

The SSNG card is also a 32-port SHDSL subscriber card. Its
panel is different from the STNG panel.
�
The SHNG card is the SHDSL.bis service card, which provides a
32–port SHDSL.bis interface. It connects to the remote STU-R
through the twisted-pair cable. It provides the high-speed ded-
icated line access service. It meets the demands of large and
small enterprises and
subscribers to have access to the
Internet through broadband.
EPON Access
Module
The EPON access module consists of the EPN card and relevant
software.
The EPON card application mode is classified into two types:

Traffic convergence function
To implement the traffic convergence function, the large-ca-
pacity
is plugged-in with an EPN card in downlink mode.

Subscriber card function
DSLAM is plugged-in with an EPN card and connected to the
terminal modem, implementing

The EPON access module supports the following functions:

Module
The GPON access module consists of the GPNC card and relevant
software.
