8.  The next screen explains the activation fee.  

 

Select Next and press Enter to continue. 

9.  A screen offering two choices for payment appears. Be sure to scroll to read all the 

information. Select one of the two payment methods.  

 

 

When you have chosen the method you want, select Next and press Enter to continue.
