15.3.2
Setting the bending angle - button P2
•
To adjust the bending angle, insert switch pin 2 (1)
into one of the outer boreholes of the bending
disc.
•
The adjustment of the bending angle with switch
pin 2 follows the same procedure as described for
switch pin 1.
•
Press the P2 button (3) on the control panel.
•
After operating the foot pedal, the bending disc
rotates until switch pin 2 (1) has reached the
measuring sensor.

Setting the bending angle - button P3
•
To adjust the bending angle, insert switch pin 3 (1)
into one of the outer boreholes of the bending
disc.
•
The adjustment of the bending angle with switch
pin 3 follows the same procedure as described for
switch pin 1.
•
Press the P3 button (3) on the control panel.
•
After operating the foot pedal, the bending disc
rotates until switch pin 3 (1) has reached the
measuring sensor.
15.3.4
AUTO Mode
•
Set the MAN-AUTO switch (4) to "AUTO".
•
Select the previously set bending angle by press-
ing one of the P1, P2 or P3 buttons (1-3).
•
Press the foot pedal to start the bending process.
NOTE:
MAN-AUTO button in position "AUTO":
The bending disc starts moving by pressing the foot
pedal once and stops as soon as the switch pin (1, 2 or
3) of the set bending angle has reached the measur-
ing sensor.
MAN-AUTO button in position "MAN":
The foot pedal
must be operated until the bending process is com-
pleted. Thereby the bending disc continues rotating
until the switch pin (1, 2 or 3) of the set bending angle
has reached the measuring sensor.
•
To change the set bending angle, press the P1,
P2 or P3 button (1-3).
NOTE:
Pay attention that the bending process has been
completed and the machine has stopped. Otherwise
the change of the bending angle will not be effective.
