12.6
Special safety instructions for this machine
•
No bends with deformed, cracked bending tools or bending tools with an enlarged diameter of
the hole (bending sleeve, bending pin, counter pin or stirrup head) may be carried out.
•
The workpiece to be bent must be correctly positioned on the machine using the bending tools
(bending sleeve, bending pin, counter pin or stirrup head).
•
The length of the worktables placed to both sides of the machine should correspond to the max.
length of the workpieces to be bent.
•
When bending several workpieces at the same time, place them one on top of the other in the
recess of the stirrup head.
•
Disconnect the machine from the power supply before opening the electric panel cover.
•
The machine should never be operated unlubricated.
•
No one is allowed to be in front of the machine during the bending process.

TRANSPORT
Transport the machine in its packaging to the place of installation. To manoeuvre the machine in the
packaging, a pallet truck or forklift truck with the appropriate lifting force (the fork must have a length
of at least 1200 mm) can be used, for example.
