• When driving forwards or backwards onto the
cargo bed, or when swinging the upper car-
riage, make sure that neither the cabin nor the
gates of the truck will be damaged.
Securing on the cargo bed:
• After loading the machine onto the cargo bed,
the upper carriage of the machine must be
swivelled backwards (3) and locked with the
lock lever (swing upper carriage) (6).
• Lower the bucket (4) and the blade (5) onto the
loading platform.
• Lock the boom with the locking lever (7).
NOTE: Never operate the machine from the ground,
instead always operate it from the operator's seat.
• Block the crawlers and tie down the machine
(8).
14 ASSEMBLY
14.1 Preparation
14.1.1 Checking delivery content
Check the delivery immediately for transport damage and missing parts. Report any damage or missing
parts to your dealer or the shipping company immediately. Visible transport damage must also be noted
immediately on the delivery note in accordance with the provisions of the warranty, otherwise the goods
are deemed to have been properly accepted.
14.2 Assemble
1. Assembly control levers for attachments
• Loosen the M16 nut (1) from the left and right
control levers.
• Loosen the adjusting screws M8x25 (2) and
the nuts on both sides.
• Slide the control lever through the rubber
sleeve and the nut M16 (1) into the fixing hole
on the control panel.
• Rotate the control lever to an angle suitable
for operation and lock the nut M16 (1) to secure
it.
• Tighten the adjusting screw M8x25and nut
(2).
• Repeat procedure for second control lever for
attachments (3).
• Screw the knobs (4) to the drive levers.
