Attach the hoist
• Attach the hoist with a hook to each of the
three transport attachment points (6) of the
machine: to the boom and at both attachment
points of the dozer.
• Use damping material wherever the hoist
comes into contact with the machine.
• Be sure to attach the hoist to the centre of the
crane hook.
Lifting
• First determine the centre of gravity of the ma-
chine. This should be as low as possible.
• The crane hook must be positioned directly
above the machine.
• The machine must be lifted vertically from the
transport pallet.
• Lift the machine slowly and carefully and en-
sure that the weight is evenly distributed.
• Avoid jerky movements.
• Put the machine down at the assembly site.

13.2 Transport by vehicle
NOTE: To unload or load the machine on the truck, it must not be lifted with the boom.
For loading or unloading the vehicle, a choice can
be made between the option of 3-point lifting or an
access ramp.
Loading with a ramp:
• Apply the parking brakes of the truck, and
block (1) the drive wheels from both sides.
• Connect the ramps (2) directly to the cargo bed
and secure them additionally with wheel
chocks.
• Then slowly drive up the ramps with the ma-
chine.
• When the machine reaches the point between
the ramps and the cargo bed, halt and then
move very slowly until the machine reaches the
horizontal position.
NOTE:
• No directional changes should be made when
the machine is on the ramp. Should a change
of direction be necessary, drive off the ramp
completely and make the turn.
• Move the machine onto the cargo bed only
with the arm completely pulled in. Otherwise
the truck cabin could be damaged when
swinging the upper carriage around.
