Switch the ECON.-switch to the "ON" position.
NOTICE:
if the ECON.-switch is switched to "ON", the
machine consumes less fuel.
However, activate the ECON.-switch only if the connected
devices consume less than 400 W.
In case of higher consumption (> 400W) the ECON.-switch
should be switched off (position "OFF").
8.
Start the machine using the recoil starter handle:
Hold the machine firmly with one hand.
With the other hand, pull out the recoil starter handle
until you feel some resistance and then pull through
quickly.
NOTICE:
Do not let the recoil starter handle run back
slowly, not in an uncontrolled manner.
If the engine does not start, try again.
Normal start: up to 12 attempts are necessary.
NOTICE:
Never pull the recoil starter handle as soon as the
engine starts!
9.
Allow the engine to run up to full speed. After this short
warm-up phase (5-10 sec.), slowly move the choke lever
to the "RUN" position.

Check that only the green run light is on.

Now devices can be connected to the AC or DC outlets.

Stopping the machine
1.
Always switch off all devices and disconnect them from
the AC or DC sockets before stopping the machine!
2.
Let the machine run for some time (1-2 min.) without
connected devices to allow it to cool down.
3.
Switch off the ECON.-switch ("OFF" position).
4.
Then move the fuel tap to the "OFF" position.
