4.2.1 About operation
Below you will learn how the device is started and operated, including possible
maintenance and precautionary measures for each operating step.
Before using the system, ensure that the following preconditions are met.
•
Are the device and handpieces clean and disinfected?
•
Are the brakes on the device rollers secured?
•
Is the power cable connected to an earthed socket?

•
Provide adequate information to each patient prior to the application.
•
At the first treatment, we strongly recommend that you start with the preset value.
•
A treatment with excessively high energy or excessively strong suction can lead to
adverse effects.
•
A brief function check of the selected setting prior to each treatment is
recommended.
•
Never operate the system without direct skin contact between the handpiece and
the patient.

The device can be switched on only if the key switch is inserted in the intended
slot. Turn the key and then the system starts up and the start-up screen appears:
